I've had many Weims over the past 30+ years that I hope are waiting at the bridge.
ACTIVITIES: I love working together with my Weims, forming the bond required for teamwork. The titles are great, but it's the journey that touches the heart. We've enjoyed Obedience, Rally, Hunt Tests, Scent Work, Conformation, Ratings, and recently started tracking with Bravo. We also enjoy lounging on the couch and sharing pop corn!

ACTIVITIES: I’ve been owned by Weimaraners for over 20 years and occasionally breed under the Zauberhaft prefix. I’ve competed in AKC Conformation shows, Hunt Tests, Field Trials, Scent Work Trials, Obedience and Rally Trials, Coursing Ability Tests (CA and FastCAT); WCA Shooting and Retrieving Tests; NAVHDA Natural Ability Tests. My husband, Stan, is my behind-the-scenes support, cheerleader, and the dogs’ best treat dispenser!

Our Weimaraners keep us busy! We train and compete in conformation, agility, field trials, hunt tests, rally/obedience, and scent work. With 6 Weims, the biggest competition is who gets a spot on the couch during TV time!

ACTIVITIES: Geist and Summer enjoy lounging on the furniture,tearing up toys and chasing the barn cats. Hunt test and field trials are what we enjoy most. The chance to meet new people and watch some amazing dogs work. Donna would like to start doing some agility and fastcat while Chris looks forward to spending time in the field. Everyday with Geist and Summer is a new adventure filled with laughs and accomplishments. From the field to the show ring these dogs make life interesting.
ABOUT ME: I joined the GCWC in 1990 when I got my first Weimaraner. I helped the club with different events through the years as steward. I was on the board and became Treasurer. I started in dogs in 1977 (other breeds I have had - Lab – Weim Mix , Golden Retriever, Swedish Vallhund) doing obedience and then went on to do conformation, Rally, Working Certificate similar to WCA rating test, Back packing.
My dog Belle passed away on 1/16/24 at 16 years old

ACTIVITIES: I've owned Weimaraners since 1994. I have been a Certified Veterinary Technician for over 30yrs and am the Chair of the Health Committee for the Weimaraner Club of America. I also teach behavioral modification, house manners and Therapy Dog classes. Regardless of breed, all of my dogs have been certified therapy dogs. My Weimaraners and I have enjoyed competing in both the conformation ring and field events. My Weimaraner have also dabbled in other dog sport venues such as agility, tracking and participated in some of the first classes offered by The National Association of Canine Scent Work.

ACTIVITIES: We have had Weimaraners in our life since 1984. We have fun competing in Conformation, Rally, FastCAT and anything else that looks entertaining. I'm excited to start therapy visits with Dutton, who is my third Weimaraner to become a certified therapy dog.
